Just a quick note to mention that I added a fibromyalgia articles section to the website (over on the left there, under the Fibro Help menu).  Just an article for static write ups that may be useful for those with Fibro.  The first article details some shortcuts to keeping a clean home when you’re not feeling well.  Maybe you’re one of the lucky few who find cleaning to be therapeutic, but have a hard time accomplishing anything with the pain you’re in.  The article details a few tips on how to put less strain on your body when tidying up.  It’s important to be in visually comfortable environment, because the last thing someone experiencing Fibromyalgia symptoms needs, is something else that may irritate them.  Beyond that, being in a clean environment is simply healthier.  The fibromyalgia articles section will be updated consistently, and will be static, so any article you’re looking for should be easy to find.  I also plan to add a search bar to a few pages, which should make it easier to find whatever you may be looking for, within the website. Â
Additionally, I’ve added a video to the pick-me-up section. Â This area of the website is intended to bring about a few laughs to alleviate some of the aggravation that comes along with the daily fibro-grind. Â From now on, newest videos will appear at the top of the page, with older videos following (and additional pages will be added for faster loading times). Â I was still getting into the groove of things when I created that page, and didn’t realize that it makes more sense to add to the top, rather than the bottom. Â Pretty simple mistake, but that’s bound to happen. Â
Continuing to work on the main sections (mentality, exercise for fibromyalgia, fibromyalgia diet and pain management) daily and the updates will be published ASAP. Â They require a little more “in depth” work. Â
After more construction takes place, Project Fibro will have a simple section containing natural products that will be listed in effort to aid nearly every symptom. Â Products will be listed on one page, under the specific symptom it’s intended to help treat. Â Each product will have a review and information page of it’s own, as well. Â The main idea of the site is to live with Fibromyalgia in a natural manner, so I’m really excited to offer a variety of recommendations and offers, once the time comes. Â
I truly believe that using in the natural supplement is way much better than making use of professional medical treatments for the reason that they’re way safer. Plus more studies are now demonstrating they are far more successful.
